Guess the Coverage

One defensive coverage a day. Look at where the defenders line up and where they drop, then name it. You get two guesses, and a hint after the first miss.

Tackle football (11v11)

Which coverage is this?

How to Play

The diagram shows the defense. Tackle diagrams label corners (C), safeties (FS, SS) and linebackers (W, M, S); flag diagrams use C, S (safety) and LB. The arrows show where each one goes at the snap. Count the deep defenders first, then look at whether the underneath defenders are covering receivers or spots on the field.

Everyone gets the same coverage on the same day. Practice mode deals random ones from tackle and flag football whenever you want more.

Reading It Is the Hard Part
Knowing what a coverage looks like on paper is step one. Crucible puts you at quarterback against it, rep after rep, until the read is automatic.
